As part of this endeavor, we invited Dr. Sai Sanskrithi for an exclusive interview with us. Dr. Sai Sanskrithi is a Professor, Coach, TEDx Speaker, Author and a Motivational Speaker. Her vision mission passion and dream to bring about a revolution in the higher education industry at the Masters and Ph.D. Level and meet Narendra Modi Sir Smrithi mam and the cabinet ministers, chief ministers of all the states of India and bring about a transformation in the education industry. Excerpts from our exclusive interview with Dr. Sai Sanskrithi;
Could you please talk us through your background and your journey?
I have done a Ph.D. and double masters in the field of management in Bangalore, India. I’m in the profession of teaching students at the Master’s level from a very young age. From the time I have started her career, innovation was her key and she strived to bring something new to the student community.
I’m an educationist, a TEDx Speaker, an author and a professor in Bangalore. I have started my teaching career at a very young age. I have rich experience and exposure of many years in innovative teaching and pedagogy and used various tools and techniques to teach students at the Master’s level. I have been a judge for Wharton B-School’s innovative pedagogy competition “Reimagine Education” for many years.
With over 30 research papers to credit and has received over 10 awards for an outstanding contribution to the field of education teaching and research. I have been featured in various media for her contribution to the education industry.
Apart from being in the field of education and academics at the Master’s level, I also do social service and good to humanity and work for various causes like special children, environmental conservation, transgenders, acid attack survivors to name a few.
I’m a very staunch Shirdi Sai Baba devotee and also a reiki master who has undergone training under the Tat Tvam Sattva with the guidance of Jaya Wahi Dhi and Baba’s grace.

What are the 3 things which have been your greatest source of inspiration?
1. Spirituality
2. Responsibility
3. Compassion
The younger generation should get into spirituality and meditation as it will help them deal with the stress and anxiety caused by various forms of media exposed to the students. It will also keep them more balanced and give them strength and resilience to face the world and achieve their dreams.
Where does your inspiration come from?
Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam Sir has been my inspiration for educating my students
Gaur Gopal Das ji for imparting life lessons to students
Dr. S Radhakrishnan has been my inspiration to be a teacher
What are the challenges you faced in life?
(1) Acceptability of innovative teaching
(2) Generation Gap
(3) Research
What are the ideas to build resilience to face challenges?
Exposure to different kinds of universities and students will lead to the acceptability of innovative teaching
Encourage the young generation to get into teaching and educating and give them the space to contribute towards innovative teaching for the society.
Research is not about numbers. It is not about the number of research papers that have been published or the number of PhDs which the country has created but the quality of research matters than quantity.
In your opinion what are the three essential things needed to achieve success?
Passion

What are the three practices/habits you would advise young students?
Use technology wisely for innovating, upgrading your skills, upgrading knowledge and networking
Young generation should get into spirituality and meditation as it will lead to reduction of stress and anxiety that is caused because of the media which students are exposed to these days.
Each student is unique in their own way bubbling with enthusiasm, talent and skills Tap into your talent, understand and recognize your strengths, follow your passion and last but not the least do not compare yourself with anyone. Conquer the world with your talent, hard work and perseverance to achieve and become someone big in life.
